Mercer County Fiscal Court
The Mercer County Fiscal Court is the government
body for the County. The court is made up
of six Magistrates, each representing a specific
area of the county and a Judge Executive. The
Judge Executive is the CEO of the government
body but does not, as his title suggests,
preside over any court proceedings.

National Guard
The Harrodsburg Armory is located at 500 Tapp Road. It
is home to the Headquarters and Headquarters Company of
the 103rd Gate Support Battalion or GSB with an average
of 90 soldiers assigned.
It is also home to the 1103rd Military Police Company
with 30 soldiers assigned. We are proud to have these 2
units in our community and wish to thank them for their
service.
