Insurance:  Ky is a "no fault" state.  Kentucky Law requires drivers to carry liability insurance with minimum coverage of $25,000 for bodily injury (to one person) and $50,000 for all other persons injured in an accident plus $10,000 in property damage.  It is a criminal offense to drive without insurance.
